For any maintenance and repairs to your accommodation:

URGENT Repairs: 

This includes any repair that needs to be actioned immediately to prevent injury to any person or further damage to the property. For example, electrical or water issues.

Urgent or emergency maintenance and repairs should be reported to the Property Manager ASAP on 0428 899 354 or 0448 982 323.

Action in the event of an emergency is detailed here.

Non-urgent Repairs: 

This includes any repairs or maintenance that can wait - and are not going to result in injury to any person or further damage to the property. For example, a broken chair or light globe out.

These repairs and maintenance can be reported to the Property Manager via the Guest Feedback Form in your accommodation. These will be actioned upon your departure.
