- The location of the Cottage and House is 85 Cambridge Road, BELLERIVE TAS 7018.
- The location of Marina View Apartment is 7/3 Clarence Street, Bellerive TAS 7018.
In the event of fire, your accommodation and common areas have fire fighting equipment.
In the event of an emergency evacuation:
- Apartments: exit the Apartment through the door and leave via the stairs. Assemble in the car park of the PCYC on the opposite side of Scott Street until emergency services arrive.
- Cottage and House: exit your accommodation through the safest door. Assemble on the street out the front of the Cottage on Cambridge Road until emergency services arrive.
- Marina View Apartment: exit the Apartment through the door and leave via the stairs. Assemble in the car park of the apartments on Percy Street until emergency services arrive.
