Access to the Apartments
Kangaroo Bay Apartments consist of six self contained two and three bedroom apartments located at 9 Scott Street in Bellerive. We also offer a three bedroom cottage and a three bedroom house located just 900 meters away at 85 Cambridge Road in Bellerive. Marina View Apartment is also a part of our collection of properties, and this is located at 7/3 Clarence Street in Bellerive, just around the corner from the main apartment block.
Entry to all accommodation is available via SELF CHECK IN and offer 24 hour access.
Access to your accommodation can be gained by obtaining the keys from the lock box at the extrance to your accommodation.
Your apartment number and the code to access this secure key box will be advised to you prior to your arrival, by email and/or text message. If you ave not received this information by the day of your arrival, you can contact our property managers on 0428 899 354 or 0448 982 323.

After Hours Access
All accommodation offers 24 hour access. Check in after 10:30pm will not have guaranteed support from our property managers. Check in prior to this time will have support if required.
Visitor Access
Visitors are welsome to visit during the day, however visitirs after 10pm will need to be registered and paid for as guests.
Checking Out
On the day of your departure, and after you have removed your belongings from your accommodation, please leave the key on the kitchen bench inside your accommodation and lock the door behind you. Guests of Kangaroo Bay House can leave their keys in the Key Deposit Box.
Lost Your Keys?
Eeek… not cool. But we can sort this out for you. You will need to contact our property manager on 0428 899 354 or 0448 982 323, and another set can be provided. However there will be a pretty hefty fee associated with the replacement costs, so best bet is to guard the keys with your life.
If you have guests going off in different directions for the day, we suggest popping the keys back in the lock box so you know where they are, and everyone can get back into the apartment when ever they return.
