Bookings

We want to help support you when you travel plans change unexpectedly at the last minute due to extreme circumstances outside of your control.

If you are unable to stay with us due to a sudden medical or personal issue, or mandatory travel restrictions, we will assist you with moving your booking within 12 months of the cancelled date. If you prefer a full cancellation within 14 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $15 + 1.8% of the booking value will be charged (at the owner's discretion), and the balance refunded via fund transfer.

We request that any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances be advised as soon as possible so that we are given the opportunity to offer the accommodation to other guests.
